As conversations continue on how to improve maternal and infant health in Michigan, representatives from the Centering Healthcare Institute on Thursday highlighted methods to improve pregnancy outcomes — among them being group prenatal care, through the organization’s Centering Pregnancy program.

While campaigning for the politically purple 7th Congressional District, Lansing-area political organizer and Democratic nominee William Lawrence has made his opposition to data centers a key facet of his campaign. On Thursday, Lawrence took that call further, rolling out a plan to “Stop Tech Overreach.”
