Abdul El-Sayed has a lot of work on his hands as he marches his U.S. Senate campaign toward the general election, and much of that will center on bridging deep divides held over from his battle against U.S. Rep. Haley Stevens, who lost to El-Sayed last week in the Aug. 4 Democratic primary.
